Top 5 favorite features of the Biltmore model
There is a lot to like about the Biltmore floor plan by Blackrock Homes. Buyers and agents ask about the availability of this design quite often, and when one does come available, it is usually sold within a few days. Beyond standard specifications that include nine foot ceilings on the main level, two sinks in the main bath AND two sinks in the master bath, plus generous concrete patios, these five features make the Biltmore ever so appealing:
Front Porch: This extra long front porch provides ample room for flowering pots and a bench or small chair to create an inviting entry.
Foyer or Entry: The design team included a special header and two porthole windows to add character to the entry space. LVP hard surface flooring begins at the entry and continues throughout the main living spaces to ease traffic patterns.
Office or Tech Center: This is probably the most memorable attribute of this floor plan. On the main level you will find a smaller-scaled room, complete with its own door and closet. A built-in desk extends wall-to-wall and is paired with matching upper level cabinets.
Loft: The upper level highlight is a nicely-sized loft that flexes easily as a second t.v. area, hobby area or home gym – the options are nearly endless. It also helps separate the master bedroom from the two secondary bedrooms.
Extra Storage: Last but not least, the Biltmore is designed with abundant storage. The coat closet is oversized, and the upper level features three linen closets, in addition to the three bedroom closets. One can never have too much storage space!
