Four two-story homes finish out phase 3

In the blink of an eye, phase 3 of Verado has nearly sold out. Literally blossoming overnight, a mix of single level-attached and two story models became homes for 50 homeowners. And while the Meridian market continues at its blistering pace, there are four two-story models that are quietly nearing completion at the corner of Chianti Avenue and Netley Street to finish phase 3. Two on each side of the street, these four model homes each have characteristics that make them especially appealing. Let’s take a closer look:

Tucson at 3056 Chianti: East-facing backyard with a covered patio makes this home desirable for many. The largest of all the model homes at 1,925 s.f,, this model features the updated Birch interior finish package, highlighted by hexagon-shaped white and gray tiles at the kitchen backsplash, paired with custom white painted cabinets, and gray quartz countertops. This home boasts a large fourth bedroom that flexes as a bonus room and is situated on a corner homesite. This home will be available to purchase on January 21, 2021; anticipated price is $419,900.

Biltmore at 3066 Chianti: An elongated front porch and a separate entry makes inviting guests easy in this beautiful floor plan. The built-in tech center is ideal for anyone working remotely, with a large built-in desk and upper cabinets, plus a separate closet. This plan is known for its abundant storage, with a large coat closet, and three linen closets upstairs. The interior designer chose the Oak interior finish package for this home, with Caribou stained cabinetry paired with Ashen White granite countertops. This home will be available to purchase on January 27, 2021; anticipated price is $412,900 (updated 1.21.2021).

Sedona at 3055 Chianti: Function and style meet in the Sedona plan, where creativity delights all ages. In the corner of the great room is a secret kids “mouse hole,” a lowered ceiling space with its own light switch that is perfect for children, or alternatively, pets or storage. The designer selected the Willow package, which features Ebony stained cabinetry paired with gray quartz countertops and brushed nickel fixtures, to add an overall classic touch to this modern home. Final note: a built-in mudroom bench and cubbies off the garage access is the perfect catch-all. This home is available to purchase on February 16, 2021.

Mesa at 3065 Chianti: Hello, Sunshine! East-facing windows in the master suite welcome the day, while the east-facing driveway minimizes stubborn ice and snow. This floor plan is many times referenced as an “Entertainer’s Home,” with its expanded galley kitchen overlooking a large great room and dining area – perfect for conversation! This is the first model in Verado to feature the new Elm package, highlighted by custom gray painted cabinets in the kitchen with Albus White quartz countertops. This home is available to purchase on February 22, 2021.
